Cheese Fudge 1 c (2 sticks) butter; softened
8 oz Pasteurized process cheese -- cubed
1 1/2 lb Powdered sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
1/2 c Non-fat dry milk
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Coarsely chopped nuts
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter and cheese, stirring frequ Turn into a 9x9x2-inch pan. Chill until firm. Makes 3 pounds.
