Microwave Chocolate Fudge 2 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Blend powdered sugar and cocoa thoroughly. Add butter and milk, do not mix, place in microwave for 2 minutes until butter is melted completely soft and starting to melt. Add vanilla and nuts, beat thoroughly. This should be done quickly after cooking. Place in 2-quart dish and chill 1 hour to harden. Yields: 60 pieces.
