Chocolate Fudge 1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 to 2 lg. bags chocolate bits
5 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 lg. bag pecans
1 to 1 1/2 pts. marshmallow whip cream
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Stir constantly. Melt butter in large pot. Use low heat. Add sugar and milk. When comes to boil, boil 13 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate bits and marshmallow cream all at once. Stir well. Add vanilla and chopped or broken pecans. Pour in cookie sheet which has sides. Line cookie sheet with wax paper which has been greased with butter. Cool, cut into squares. Makes 5 pounds.
