Chocolate Fudge

12 oz. chocolate bits
3 Bakers sweet German chocolate
8 oz. marshmallow fluff
2 c. walnuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tall can evaporated milk

Combine sugar, salt, butter and milk. Stir until it comes to a boil. Use low heat, boil 6 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate bits, German chocolate (chopped in small pieces), marshmallow fluff and walnuts. Stir until creamy or chocolate is dissolved. Pour onto cookie sheet (buttered). Let stand for several hours before cutting into squares. Makes 5 pounds.
