Just Fudge Recipes




 

Chocolate Fudge

4 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
25 lg. marshmallows
3 (8 oz.) Hershey bars
1 (4 oz.) German sweet chocolate bar
1 c. nuts

Boil together first 5 ingredients for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows. Allow to melt and add remaining ingredients. Stir well and pour into buttered jelly roll pan. Let set up. Freezes well. Use wax paper between layers.

NOTE: Use Hershey bars with almonds if you like.
