Clever Judy Frosting Like Fudge

1 c. sugar
1 sq. chocolate
1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. butter
Shake of salt

Mix all ingredients and bring to boil, let boil 1 minute. Beat with beater until it starts to cool and creams. Add vanilla and pour onto cake.
