Fudge Frosting 1 oz. chocolate unsweetened, cut
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan. Bring slowly to full rolling boil, stirring constantly and boil 1 minute. Add vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread. If it becomes too thick, add about 1 tablespoon cream.
