Caramel Fudge Candy

2 c Evaporated milk
2 c Sugar
Walnut meats

Caramelize 1 cup of sugar in frying pan until it forms a smooth liquid. Add 1 cup evaporated milk. This will form a large lump. Stir constantly until the lump is dissolved. Add 1 cup milk and 1 cup sugar; continue stirring. When mixture begins to leave edge of pan and loses its glossy shine, it is done. Add nuts and remove from heat. Pour onto buttered platter to cool.
