Never Fail Fudge Frosting 1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 sq. chocolate (or 3-4 tbsp. cocoa + 1 tbsp. oil)
1/4 c. milk
1 pinch salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients except vanilla, bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Beat at high speed of electric mixer until ready to spread. Spread quickly. If too stiff, add small amount of milk or cream.
