White Confetti Fudge 1 1/2 lb White chocolate
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
1/8 ts Salt
1 tb Vanilla
1 c Candied fruit
In heavy saucepan, melt 1 1/2 lbs. white chocolate with Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk; remove from heat. Stir in 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup chopped mixed candied fruit. Spread evenly into pan onto waxed paper. Chill until firm. Turn out onto plate and remove waxed paper and cut into squares.
