Fudge Frosting

4 oz Stick butter or margarine - softened
6 oz Bittersweet chocolate - melted
1/2 c Heavy cream
4 1/2 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, beat together butter and melted chocolate with an electric mixer on medium speed until combined, 1 min. Beat in cream.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat on high until frosting is smooth and fluffy.
