Cocoa Fudge

2 c Sugar
3 T Cocoa
1 c Milk
1 t Vanilla
Lump of butter

Boil medium fast to soft-ball stage. Remove from fire and add butter
and vanilla. Let it get moderately cold, stirring accasionally, then
beat until it changes color. Pour into buttered plates or platter
