Kahlua Fudge Cake 1 18 1/2 oz pkg chocolate cake mix
1 3 3/4 oz pkg chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
4 Eggs, at room temperature
1/2 c Cold water
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/2 c Kahlua or coffee liqueur
Confectioner icing, optional
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 12 cup Bundt or tube pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool. Invert onto a serving plate. Drizzle icing over top and sides, if desired.
