Old Fashioned Sundae Fudge Sauce 4 oz Semi sweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Sugar
2 tb Liqueur (orange, almond or coffee) OR 1 tbsp vanilla
2 tb Butter
Melt chocolate with water over low heat. Add sugar and bring to boil over medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add liqueur and butter. Store in fridge. Makes about 2/3 cup.
