Sugar Plum Fudge 1 c Sugar
1 1/3 c Evaporated milk
12 oz Chocolate chips
4 oz Mixed candied fruits
1/2 c Walnuts (chopped)
Combine sugar and milk; stir well. Boil until full rolling boil; boil
7 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate
chips quickly; stir until smooth. Quickly pour into an 8 or 9-inch
buttered pie plate. Sprinkle over the top the fruits and nuts and
press into fudge. Cut into small pie-shaped pieces. Keep in the
refrigerator. Yield: 2 pounds.
